1. What humaven does
humaven collects publicly listed paid tasks from third-party AI training and human-data platforms (“platforms”), and suggests the ones that may suit you based on the answers you give. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms we list, unless we say so.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use humaven. Each platform sets its own eligibility rules, such as location, qualifications and right to work.
3. Applying and working through platforms
When you click “Apply”, you leave humaven for the platform's website. Your application, any work you do, and your pay are between you and that platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control and aren't responsible for platforms' decisions, content, payments or conduct.
4. Listings and fit scores
Listings are gathered automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or changed by the platform at any time. Pay rates, locations and requirements are shown as the platform published them. Fit scores are automated estimates to help you choose, not a promise of being accepted or hired.
5. Referral links
Some links on humaven are referral links. If you are accepted by a platform after using one, the platform may pay humaven a referral fee. This costs you nothing and does not change your pay.
6. Your information
You agree to give accurate information. How we use it is described in our Privacy Policy. With your agreement, we may email you opportunities that match your profile; you can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse humaven: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to break or overload the site or access areas you aren't allowed into, and no false or someone else's details.
8. Intellectual property
The humaven name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a task comes from.
9. No warranty
humaven is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no guarantees about the accuracy of listings, the availability of the service, or any outcome of applying to a task.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, humaven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from your dealings with a platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use humaven means you accept the updated terms.
